Dr. Katia Tikhonravova, Ph.D. is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida. She helps individuals, couples, and families to improve their mental health. She works from the strength base, energy management, and family relationships perspective. She offers a safe space to express your thoughts and process current life situations. After a therapy session with Dr. Katia you will gain a better understanding of your emotions and begin to channel your energy in a productive and positive way. You will strengthen your relationship with yourself and others. 

Dr. Katia obtained her masters and Ph.D. in a field of family therapy from NSU. In practice since 2014. Sessions are offered online via Zoom or at her office in Pompano Beach, in English and Russian. Evening and weekend hours are available. Majority of commercial medical insurances are accepted. She can also help you to obtain an emotional support animal (ESA) letter and immigration evaluation.
