My name is Tatiana Rudina. I’m a health insurance professional and the founder and a Principal Agent of Rudina Insurance Agency Inc. 

With over a decade of experience in insurance industry, I bring deep expertise, integrity, and a people-first approach to every client I serve.

I began my career in Moscow, Russia, where I started as a client manager in a small property and casualty brokerage firm. My exceptional organizational and client management skills quickly propelled me into the role of Key Account Manager and later to Business Development Director. Some of the most prominent clients I’ve worked with include GUM (The Main Department Store of Moscow, Red Square), Bosco Di Ciliegi, some leading wine distributors, such as Simple Group, Wine World etc. and several major real estate development companies.

I hold dual bachelor's degrees in Insurance and Economics from the Moscow Institute of Finance and Economics and the All-Russian Finance & Economics Institute. Fluent in both English and Russian, I bring a multicultural approach to my work and I am deeply committed to customer satisfaction and ethical service. 

After relocating to the USA, I found a true professional calling: helping individuals and families access quality health insurance.

Over the past seven years, I have guided more than 1,000 families and individuals through the complexities of the U.S. healthcare system, ensuring they receive coverage that protects their health and financial well-being. I believe that medical insurance is not just a policy—it’s a vital safeguard against unexpected expenses that can impact a family’s future.

Beyond my professional achievements, I am a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and mentorship. I strongly believe that women should uplift, support, and empower each other. In a world where success often comes with a lot of challenges, I am committed to helping women grow, lead, and thrive—just as once I was given the same opportunity by an incredible mentor and an amazing woman.
