Sunshine State Academy is an accredited private school serving students from Preschool through Middle School (PreK–8). The Academy is dedicated to providing a rigorous, student-centered education that promotes academic excellence, character development, and lifelong learning. Our curriculum is aligned with the Florida B.E.S.T. Standards and is enhanced through Houghton Mifflin Harcourt (HMH) instructional resources and the Cambridge International curriculum, providing students with a strong academic foundation while developing critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, and global awareness. The Academy also values language development and multicultural learning experiences that prepare students to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.

At Sunshine State Academy, students engage in a comprehensive curriculum that includes mathematics, reading, writing, science, social studies, world languages, technology, art, music, health, physical education, and STEM education. Instruction is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on learning experiences through whole-group, small-group, partner, and individualized instruction. Our classrooms encourage inquiry, problem-solving, collaboration, and real-world application of knowledge, enabling students to become confident, independent learners prepared for future academic success.

Our faculty comprises highly qualified educators who hold  bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees, along with the appropriate Florida credentials and extensive experience in early childhood, elementary, and middle school education.
