BIOGRAPHY
In 2012, Yelena realized that there was a need for a different kind of staffing agency, one that took the time to deal with their clients on an individual basis. She decided to create YB Services Corp. and began connecting highly qualified nannies and housekeepers with families in the Bal Harbour, Aventura, Hallandale and Sunny Isles areas. Her early success allowed her to quickly branch out into placing personnel in administrative management, manufacturing, advertising, banking, law, medicine, sales and catering positions.
Today, YB Services Corp. has become YB Career Services and serves the New York City, Miami, Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Pembroke Pines, Bal Harbour and Hollywood areas, among others.
