Photography and/or Videotaping in Progress at Member Meetings and Events: by entering the member meeting or event and premises, you understand that you may be photographed, filmed, or videotaped and you hereby give Russian Speaking Business Connection Corp. (“Russian Speaking Business Connections”) the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use your likeness or image without compensation, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium, for any lawful use without limitation. You hereby waive and release Russian Speaking Business Connections from any liability arising out of or resulting from any use of your likeness or image, which Russian Speaking Business Connections may, in its sole discretion, use or not use.
Filming of Russian Speaking Business Connections member meetings or events by any third party is strictly prohibited without the express permission and approval of Russian Speaking Business Connections.
Russian Speaking Business Connections and its owners, board of directors and officers are not liable in the event that Russian Speaking Business Connections should cease operations due to insolvency or other emergency situation.
